When we arrive at the recipient’s door, we display your order on a stand at their door, so they can see the flowers in all their glory. This also makes the moment extra special for the recipient.
What if the recipient isn’t in?
On the off-chance that your recipient isn’t at home, we leave a calling card asking them to give us a call so we can arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time.
There is no charge for a redelivery because we understand that these things happen from time to time!
How do I know the recipient has received my order?
We will notify you when your order has been delivered via message or email.
