Our resident designer Toni has been a professional florist for over 25 years, both as a florist and a teacher. She’s taught a high percentage of the florists in Birmingham and the West Midlands; what she doesn’t know about flowers isn’t worth knowing, so feel free to ask away.

Should you need to talk to us we are open between the hours of 8.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays 9 am until 12noon.
That said we are an online business so you can always place your orders online at any time.
In short, yes, but we must receive your order by 10 am with deliveries organised between 9 am and 5 pm. Should you need a delivery later than this, let us say for a special occasion, we will try our utmost to accommodate you. Feel free to call to see if there is availability.
We deliver 6 days a week. Our Monday to Friday hours are 9 am – 5 pm and our Saturday hours are 9 am – 12 pm. This applies to all Birmingham postcodes.If you require same-day delivery for that special someone, please just give us a call on (0121)822 8900 and we’ll try our best to help.
If the lucky recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we aim to leave your arrangement with a close neighbour. We’ll post a calling card at the recipient’s address to let them know where they can pick up their special package. If we’re unable to leave the flowers with a neighbour, we’ll leave a card asking the recipient to contact us to arrange the delivery free of charge.
As an online retailer we only use trusted methods of payment, in our case that means you can pay via Paypal or by using your credit card via Stripe. We can also take payment over the telephone if you prefer.
